4. Delivery Policy
- Same-Day Delivery: Orders must be placed by 2 PM (local time) to qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered the following day or on the next available date.
- Delivery is available within Australia only.
- Delivery fees will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Flowers: Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to discuss a replacement or credit.
- Candles and Home Decor: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for items in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
